Smaller items:
Smaller packages will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All shipments go standard ground shipping and are typically delivered within 7 business days of leaving our warehouse.

Larger items / shipments:
We will ship these products by LTL freight carrrier. Our free shipping offer will have your merchandise delivered to your garage as long as it is accessible. All shipments that require LTL delivery are delivered to your garage only; packages will not be delivered in the home or up any stairs. In order to qualify for garage delivery, the trucking company must be able to get a pallet jack from the end of your driveway to your garage (you must have a paved flat driveway). If you do not meet these requirements, the item will be left at the end of your driveway and it is your responsibility to move the delivery from there.
If for any reason the trucking company cannot get to your home because of inacessability, it is the customer's responsibility to get the freight from the carrier. This is not a common scenario, but does happen in areas without paved roads, with narrow roads, with roads with weight restrictions, or any other condition that prevents the carrier from getting to your home. Truck LTL shipments are semi-trucks; they are large and heavy. If they can't get to your home, it will be your responsibility either to meet at a mutual location or at the trucking terminal to accept the freight.

Any "Free Freight" item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return. See our Return Policy for more informaiton.

If you are receiving a gas grill island, it is the customer's responsibility to off-load the island from the semi-truck. Islands do not qualify for garage delivery.
